Since Concord Dollars for Scholars inception in Elkhart, Indiana, in 1991, the chapter has awarded over $1,501,000 in scholarships to over 2,700 Concord seniors. Last year, the program was successful in awarding college bound seniors with a $1,000 scholarship. Thank you to everyone for their efforts and generosity that made those scholarships a reality. Across the nation, Scholarship America's programs -- including Dollars for Scholars -- have given out $2.5 billion to over 2 million students since their founding 51 years ago.
